Caroline Hübsch/Huebsch/Hibsch, from Prussia to California - 52 Ancestors #38

This is another article for the series "52 Ancestors in 52 Weeks", a challenge by Amy Johnson Crow on No Story Too Small.

My 2nd great aunt[1] Caroline[2] Ernestine Hübsch[3] was born in February 1867[4] in Germany [Prussia] to Ernst John Hübsch and Christina Henschel Hübsch.  A possible emigration record[5] showed that she came to America in 1872 with her parents and brother, W.C. Hübsch.

In 1885, 18 year-old Caroline married Nelson D. Williams in Stockbridge, Calumet County, Wisconsin.[6]
